With over 17 years experience as a licensed clinical mental health counselor, she is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. In addition to being a prominent mental health therapist, Dr. Williamson Collins has presented at National and State conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of the opioid crisis in North Carolina and the conceptions of teen pregnancies among low socioeconomic teenaged African Americans in urban communities.
